If you’ve recently placed an order you may not receive your order or shipping confirmation emails as quickly as usual due to this work.
Don’t worry though; you can confirm your order has been successful by logging into your account and checking your order history.
You’ll receive your order confirmation when our tech update has been completed. If your order is due to be shipped, you’ll receive your shipping confirmation email once our systems are back up and running.
If you’ve cancelled your order, you won’t receive your cancellation confirmation straight away. However, you can check your order has been successfully cancelled by logging into your account and checking your order history.
