У нас как бы эпидемия травм была, что даже приходилось Паланку на матч ставить, вот Педя и взял на подстраховку Фобера. А Рамос эту задачу решил по своему, отправил Марсело в полузащиту и Фобер оказался не нужен.

Это наверное потому что Вы в Эльклассико проигрываете на СБ со счетом 2:6
болелы Реала требуют от своего клуба большего, отсюда и смены тренеров и игроков.
если оглянуться на несколько лет назад, то мы увидим как менялись тренеры после успешных сезонов, в которых были добыты титулы (Дон Фабио, Дель Боске) так что не нужно напоминать про это поражение. Мы его не забыли, и еще будем помнить, забыть его нам поможет победа в Ла Лиге. Ради которой и происходят изменения.

НароД, вот тут некоторые измышления мои, надо было накатать драфт на эссе. То есть драфт это черновик, прошу не быть критичными по поводу грамматики... Писал за пару часиков в попыхах...А мысли касаются в основном первой эпохи Галактикос...

Of course football officials from UEFA and FIFA are strongly against racism that time to time appears in stadiums, but still matches between national teams among competing countries, for example as Greece and Turkey are making people to express nationalistic feelings while supporting own country.
In conditions of global market economy principle of profit maximization became dominant for majority of individuals and organizations. Commercialization entered all fields and football is not an exception. Now football is not only great time, but great business as well.
Real Madrid is Spanish football club that had won as many titles as any other team did not. 9 times European Champions League winner and 29 times Spanish champion is a team where lots of best players such as Luis Figo, Zinedine Zidane, Ronaldo, David Beckham and others had played.
In order to demonstrate Real Madrid’s positioning and power it is possible to compare it with others. Thus, Milan AC, Italian super club had won Champions League 7 time, Liverpool is 5-time winner, and others had won not more than 4 times.
Being Spanish champion for 29 times Real Madrid is much forward than their main competitor in Spain, current champion Barcelona, that has not even reached point of 20 title winnings.

Actually they had very critical season because in the middle of Spanish Championship they were at 17th position among 20 teams, in the second half they were able to take 5th place but as it easy to understand such place does not correspond with club’s ambitions, and next controversial and sad fact that they could not even make any competition for league champions Deportivo La Coruna. But all failures of season were forgotten when team became best in Europe by winning their Spanish opponents in final game-Valencia Club De Futbol, and although there was lot of criticism because actually Valencia was positioned as much better team due to higher quality of game and team play, cup was taken by Real, and score of final game was 3-0.
Now it is time to make summary of common situation in Real
From Sport view:
Being best team of Europe reflects that ambitions and opportunities of Real are still strong, but 5th place in Spain demonstrates that team is not able to show its best performance during 38 Match days in league, and that is there is lack of team resources.
From financial view: Real Madrid Club De Futbol had bad financial performance having big debts.
In such situation Perez won presidential elections by making promise that Luis Figo, one of best stars of that period will join Real although it was player of Real’s enemy-Barcelona. It seemed as fantastic but it happened. It was world record among transfers because Real paid about 56 millions USD to Barcelona.
After that deal Real seemed as very strong because having super midfielder and super forward Raul, team could be major power in Champions League as well as in domestic league.

Figo with its Portuguese national team did not even participate in World Cup due to failure iin qualifying games, and nice playing Portugal lost in Euro 2000 in semi-final to France with Zidane. So in direct clash Zidane led by France became stronger than Portugal led by Figo.

Next subject I would like to underline is that there is small misinformation in the article because including in Galactico list Raul, Cassilias and Roberto Carlos does not correspond with generally accepted description of Galactico. G. Industry and Competitive Analysis (SWOT, market dynamics).
As we may see one of main factors that define success of team in terms of marketing is superstars paying in the team, and possession of superstar does not even require sport achievements because stars are already popular people and have lots of fans. It is one of main strengths of Real Madrid, of course since team was loosing its games and tournaments in late Perez epoch, their revenues were decreasing but operating on famous names could still let Real Madrid earn big money.
Actually one month ago new second epoch of Florentino Perez has started and new galactico is being created. Best players of 2007 and 2008 years are already bought, and this strength remains.
But there is also such weakness of team as dependence of Perez’s personality. When Perez was not president of Real since 2006 February till 2009 summer, team still became champions of Spain in 2007 and 2008, but was not very successful in terms of finance. After return of Perez Real Madrid is able to buy any player in the world, but all of this dependent on personality. Also second failure while having best players in the world may cause doubts among fans (customers), and that is why being behind Barcelona in Spain and Europe may affect not only sport aspect but financial as well.
H. Observations and Findings
Actually many owners of football teams are not working on making profit but trying to win titles. Such one is Roman Abramovich who is owner of English Chelsea or Arabic owners of Manchester City. But Perez is not only football fan he is firstly great businessman and that is why Real Madrid during his period is not only football team but business as well.
I. Summary
Concentrating on marketing Real could increase own revenues very much and at the same time in early galactico period football times were won. But later in terms of football itself there was total failure while financially team still was in good conditions.
New epoch of Perez is just beginning and we will see what would be this time.

Так вот, кто-то из топ администрации отвечающий за Public Relatios and Promotion of Real Madrid brand сказал следующее:
"Our aim is to convert Real Madrid fans into Real Madrid customers".
вдумайся в название позиции, ты думаешь есть люди кто в похожей должности не будут пытаться заработать денег на своих болелах?
и вообще, вырывать слова из контекста это тоже не этично.

Насчет вырванных слов-Они не просто врваны из текста, они все-таки отражают смысл параграфа. В общем, наверное ту страницу сюда закину...
А обращение Гитлера в ветке антифашизма было б полезной инфой для размышления. Все-таки плюрализм мнений есть одно из высших достижений демократии...А именно точка зрения с противоположной стороны помогает многое понять лучше...

Плюрализм в футболе = погоня за славой, в качестве объекта боления для истинного болельщика есть только один клуб, в моем случае это Реал Мадрид, и чтобы мне не говорили, я никогда не начну болеть за другой клуб, например за твоих полосатиков.

Плюрализм мнений это есть возможность объеквтиного понимания положения вещей. Футбол не исключение.
