Основные обязанности:
• Управление производством, в том числе реализация и внедрение технической политики
• Обеспечение надежности станции, профилактика инцидентов и несчастных случаев

Responsibilities:
• Lead and deliver projects
• Contribute to finding optimum solutions correlated to the overall delivery

4. Chief Accountant, Astana/ Almaty
Responsibilities:
• Responsibility for the local accounts (1C) including booking, reconciliations, reporting to tax office and other local reporting to Kazakhstani authorities
• Contribute to establish local routines for how to handle VAT, Withholding tax, and other issues that might be relevant and creating documents that describes this
• Support related to project contractual issues
• Understand and take interest in the total accounting and financial reporting structure, including the internal management and legal reporting
• Work closely together with the other staff and with country manager on administrative tasks, with project managers on project support and with regional business controller on accounting, financial and other administrative matters
• Interact with clients regarding invoice questions and/or concerns
• Cost Control, including monthly accounts, invoicing and accruals
• Some general office administration
Qualifications:
• Bachelor/ Master degree in accounting and finance
• CAP certificate will be preferred
• 5-10 years’ experience from accounting work, mainly from international companies (Big 4)
• Good knowledge of general accounting principles, also international accounting principles
• Good knowledge of tax reporting and other reporting to Kazakhstan authorities
• Experience with statutory reporting, including setting up the total P&L and Balance sheet for a legal entity (LLP)
• Knowledge of/ experience with the month end processes and management reporting
• Computer skills
• Good knowledge in 1 C, version 8
• Good written and oral communication skills in English is essential

• Proven experience in Managing networks and desktops in a UNIX and WINDOWS environment
• Proven experience in managing data centers and managing licenses
• Proven experience with IDS, CIA protection, Firewall and Encrypted Traffic
• Extensive knowledge of IT architecture
