Primary Purpose:

Описание кандидата:

высшее образование
обязателен опыт управления командой сотрудников (администратор)
склонность к гипер-контролю
умение планировать
способность к выполнению большого объема рутинной работы
Желательно – разговорный английский, использоваться в работе особо не будет, только в отчётах, но, тем не менее, это было бы плюсом

Обязанности:

Коммуникация с менеджерами, координация работы представителей и промоутеров на территории kz в рамках программы
Обучение представителей и промоутеров
Поиск и набор представителей и промоутеров на территории , координация их работы, формирование расписания
Согласование работы сотрудников в магазинах партнеров
Контроль работы представителей и промоутеров (Звонки, визиты, качество обслуживания магазинов, покупателей, качество консультирования, выполнение стандартов, качество мерчендайзинга и мониторинга, соблюдение расписания, проверка уровня знаний)
Расчет заработной платы, документооборот, мотивация сотрудников, ведение бюджета
Поддержка маркетинговых проектов со стороны представителей и промоутеров (акции для покупателей, мотивационные программы для продавцов, привлечение к академии)
Сбор информации по любым заданиям для представителей из офиса
Проведение исследования «Таинственный покупатель»
Согласование размещения постов с партнерами через КАМов
Обработка и ответ на ежемесячные отчеты сотрудников

Официальное оформление, страховка, компенсация питания, мобильной связи.
