Candidates for all above listed vacancies must have:
 At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or Refinery industry
 Strong commitment to safety health and environment with working experience in an offshore Oil and Gas operating environment
 Good English skills (both oral and in writing) and the ability and willingness to coach trainees and other national workforce.

The successful candidates will work in Qatar on residential basis (onshore) or by rotation 28d/28d (offshore project).

Requirements:
Higher education in tax or finance field;
5 years or more of supervisory experience in oil&gas accounting;
Excellent English language skills;
Effective oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in computer use (Microsoft Excel)
Knowledge of KAS/IFRS (Kazakhstan Accounting Standards/International
Financial Reporting Standards)
Strong leadership skills

- Mining or Chemical background. It is an important point because he will manage some technical issue. If he doesn't understand, he won't be recognize as head of site
- Asset to manage Finance, HR, QHSSES issues. It means
- english / Kazak speaking. Jan doesn't speak kazak and the head of site has to have some contact with Akimat. It is definitively a weak point that we have to manage
- Capacity to deal with negotiation...
