We are looking for a Business Development Manager, based in Atyrau or Almaty.

Main responsibilities will include:
• Provide the company with a high level of market intelligence within Kazakhstan to collect information on new projects, current projects and competitor’s activities.
• Analyze and constantly update information related to our prospects, identify new potential project to tender and ensure this information is promptly recorded and followed.
• Identify business targets, define the priorities and design the Marketing and Sales Operational Plan (MSOP) on our market and for each target.
• Manage pre-qualification processes with the prospective clients by identifying the expectations of the prospects and designing commercial proposals specific to the prospect
• Identify the expectations of the prospective clients and design commercial proposals specific to each and every client.
• Solicit, prepare and complete Tenders / Bids and negotiations with the client and for closing of deals within your delegation of authority or in conjunction with your direct manager
• Participate in the promotion of the image and brand of company on our market and in the region, in a professional and ethical manner at all times

The position requires:
• Holder of a Degree in Hospitality or Facilities Management Services
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience out of which 3 years in Catering / Oil and Gas / Mining / Camp Supply business sector operations management and 3 years in Sales and Marketing is essential.
• Knowledge in a similar business environment involving Catering, Housekeeping, Laundry and Facilities Management Services.
• Highly developed Sales, Market analysis, negotiation and financial skills.
• Strong networking abilities and relationship building skills
• Demonstrated skills in winning profitable business beyond target expectations
• Previous experience in working on large Tenders for Food & Facilities Management Services.
• Kazakh National
• Fluent in both written and spoken Kazakh and English
• Working knowledge of relevant legislation and structuring of contracts
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, MS Outlook, MS Access, Outlook Web Access
• Ethical attitude to business and commitment to company values and ethical principles
• Ability to travel frequently within the country

Асэль, очень редко требуются люди без опыта. Но редко-редко такие позиции возникают.

По теме сейчас ищу Cost Control Engineer в г.Атырау.
Опыт работы - 5 лет именно как Cost Engineer
Previous Owner/Operator Cost Engineering experience
• Large (multi-billion dollar) international project experience
• Foreign assignments
• Experience with all project phases: Conceptual, Feed, Detailed EPC and Commissioning & S/U
• Degreed Engineering background is desirable

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Selection of the best technical/economical solutions and products on plant facilities
Overall design integrity and compliance with international standards, company and corporate guidelines and engineering best practices
Ensure that all elements in the project, design, installation methods etc comply with safety-, legal-, and company procedures.

Coordinate with other disciplines in order to avoid clashes and optimize installation work from safety, commercial and planning points of view.

Make sure company specifications, local and corporate is adhered to in the subcontractors design work

Closely follow contracted engineers, craftsmen etc to ensure deliveries is to highest commercial standard, and agreed scope.

Attend to and get correct any deviations to the scope of work, both technically and schedule, suggest corrective actions when and where required.

В данный момент активно ищем Начальника лаборатории и ОТК на Иностранный завод в г.Актау.

Обязанности:

Осуществление общего руководства Лаборатории и ОТК.
Планирование показателей оценки деятельности Лаборатории и ОТК.
Осуществление общего руководства контроля технологического процесса в полном объеме.
Осуществление оценки качества продукции, своевременного рассмотрения претензий, разработки мероприятий по корректирующим и предупреждающим действиям по несоответствиям и контроля их выполнения.
Обеспечение проведения сертификационных испытаний.
Обучение персонала Лаборатории и ОТК.

Требования:

Высшее образование по специальности (химия, химическая технология и т.д.). Приветствуется Специализация, связанная с индустрией строительных материалов, горной металлургией, химико-металлургическая и т.п.
Английский язык - от среднего уровня и выше

Начальник Лаборатории и ОТК должен знать:
постановления, распоряжения, приказы вышестоящих органов, технологию производства продукции, включенной в область аккредитации и современные достижения в этой области, методические, нормативные и другие руководящие материалы по технологическому процессу производства;
основы аналитической, неорганической химии, физико-химические, физические методы анализа;
оборудование лаборатории, принципы его работы и правила эксплуатации;
перспективы технического развития предприятия;
основные положения Государственной системы технического регулирования Республики Казахстан;
региональные и межгосударственные стандарты, технические условия, методики и инструкции по лабораторному контролю производства;
основы трудового законодательства;
правила и нормы по безопасности и охране труда, пожарной, промышленной, санитарной и экологической безопасности.

Рассматриваются кандидаты со всего Казахстана.

- bank transactions
- corporate credit cards;
- settlements with employees who are responsible and must account for spending company assets (accountable employees),

- stock booking and movement,
- writing off of materials,
- monitoring payments to suppliers,
- issuing acts of reconciliation with suppliers,
- processing stock taking results;
