Чета мне сдается, что эти братья вымышленные (в смысле специально отобранные для этой роли). Одни имена чё стоят. Спектакли они умеют разыгривать. Только вот для чего? как вариант дает возможность Усилить присутствие в нашем регионе? В Киргизии щяс какая то бадяга с этими базами, может оттуда ветер дует? А? Квазимода, колись, наверняка ведь знаешь?

Видимо отсюда и взяли иностранцы. Это не ошибка, это сложности перевода скорее всего.
