Responsibilies:
• Proposing sales plan, execute and control the sales activities in line with the validated sales plan
• Assigning sales-force to targets/clients, develop business with assigned A/B targets/clients (sales ownership for 12-months maximum)
• Sharing information using sales-support tools (CRM), Provide client and target information, maintain CRM, optimize cost of sales
• Assuring compliance with the sales process, generate business with assigned SME clients and targets in line with the sales plan
• Providing information to BU Manager and Head of Sales KAZ for “sales planning” and forecast activities (including prospect qualification and local market intelligence)
• Log and monitor all Routing Orders, communicate with sales staff/colleagues if specific client and/or operational problems need to be addressed
• Hunts and Coordinates BU Sales Activities in his Vertial Industry
• Contact potential customers to qualify and process sales leads, schedule appointments with qualified accounts for Sales purposes
• Create customer profiles, assure accuracy/completeness of data and regularly control
updates and their distribution to all departments
• Maintain customer tariffs, administrate necessary activities including rate increases and
schedules
• Monitor responses on all sales leads and send reminders when necessary
• Fill customers’ requests for general company materials (brochures, SLI forms)
• Generate and distribute (internal/external) reports as assigned by the management
• Utilizes specific industry knowledge to diagnose supply chain needs. Develops and prepares strategic proposals. Participates to customer generated RFI, RFQ and RFP
• Develops, builds rapport and nurtures long term partnerships with the Target Accounts within his area, translating our global capabilities to customer value, for maintaining and continually expanding account share penetration
• Supports successful business handover with Sales and Operations
• Organizes and participates in regular reviews with the accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and sustainable business relationship

Образование: Высшее
Специальность по образованию: Менеджмент, финансы, логистика
Знание иностранного языка: Английский - выше среднего
Желательный предыдущий опыт кандидата: Транспортная логистика и продажи
Какими знаниями должен обладать кандидат? Знания в продажах и транспортной логистике, компьютерная грамотность
Личностная характеристика: Опрятный, четкая речь, презентабельный, умение общаться с разными типами людьми
