Чтобы обойти блокированные сайты можете попробовать воспользоваться сервисом google ;-)

Например, вы не можете открыть страницу http://latangoista.livejournal.com/  (это просто пример)
Тогда наберите 

translate.google.kz/translate?hl=en&sl=ru&u=http://latangoista.livejournal.com/ (всю эту строку целиком, не получается тут убрать ссылку)

Если в параметах TRANSLATE указать направление перевода с English to Russian, то получите сразу с переводом,

Если указать Original, то на английском.

Правда есть ряд неудобств.

1) страницы долго открываются (очень долго google переводит даже в Original)

2) страницы могут неправильно отображаться...

но это ведь мелочи?
