Project Manager
Responsibilities & Main Tasks:
· Responsible for planning, prioritizing and executing projects
· Responsible for developing a project plan including a time schedule, project goals, objectives and budget plan
· Responsible for preparing project documents and reports
· Responsible for tracking and following up the time schedule, project goals, objectives and budget plan against the project plan
· Responsible for reporting progress and status as defined by the total project
· Responsible for making sure the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and with the right quality
· Responsible for evaluating the technical impact of changes in requirements and scope
· To be responsible for acceptance of network by customer in the respective circle(s).
· To be the customer interface.
· Ensure that the project results fulfil the specified requirements.
· Ensure that all the contractual obligations and regulations are met.
· Make sure that Implementation resources are properly allocated and these resources fulfil their task.
· To secure all the pre-requisite documentation for invoicing related to roll-out, for e.g. network elements/services acceptance certificates.
· To ensure that costs and revenues are in accordance with budget and contract respectively.
Qualification:
Masters degree, preferably in Engineering, Business or related field
Requested competence:
· Minimum 3 years of project management experience
· Knowledge of telecommunications systems and products
· Familiar with project management tools such as MS Project, MS Excel
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Fluent in oral & written English
