привет всем, у нас теперь тоже щенок бульмастифа, девочка, нам привезли ее из Москвы. В Алматы, к сожалению, собак и соответственно щенков мало.

вылетели 30 декабря днем, назад вернулись 16 января тоже днем. 2 взрослых и 2 детей уже не маленьких. Первые 8 дней разные отели и экскурсии - 1900 баксов. Потом жили в Унаватуне (Унаватуна бич ресорт) 78 евро в сутки. Стоимость номера - величина не постояная, как договоришься. В отеле в это время было полно гостей, поэтому цену особо не снижали, а с иностров брали еще больше. Был рядом отель на пляже со свободными номерами за 50 евро, но там участок пляжа перед отелем маленький. Кто-то на этой ветке рекомендовал Отель панорама унаватуна - но этот отель не на пляже, с другой стороны дороги, еще и на горке. В принципе можно жить где угодно, пляж общий. При отелях просто свои лежаки и зонты, а при этом еще и бассейн (правда вода там оказалась не очень, дети не стали там купаться). В то же время там жили люди из челябинска по 17 долл в сутки за двухспальный гест с горячей водой. без горячей воды - 10.
В общем только ради плажа на Шри-Ланку ехать не стоит, лучше Таиланд. А вот поездить и посмотреть страну стоит. Из отелей нам больше всех понравились Amaya lake (большое озеро с цаплями, симпатичные номера, аюведа, 1 вечер вытупал фокусник, на другой день народные танцы) и Governors Chalet (Nuwareliya) - очень симатичные деревянные домики со вторым ярусом, на котором расположена двуспальная кровать (другая кровать внизу). По дороге в Нувараэлию чайные плантации, водопады, и вообще горы очень напоминают наши пейзажи, красиво. В самой Нувараэлии особо делать нечего.

7. Air port pickup / Drop (If required): Our driver will meet your flight carrying your name aboard at the Air port and bring you to our office for the transaction. The mileages and time calculation will be on a garage to garage basis in Colombo .
8. Optional Extras: Child Car Seats (in 4 sizes), Road Maps etc. are available on request.
9. Insurance (Included): All our vehicles are comprehensively (Properly) insured to cover the Driver, All Passengers, the Vehicle and third party damage with ‘Car Rental Fleet’ cover. The client liability is limited to the refundable deposit value.
10. Payments : In advance (Rental). We accept cash (SLRs/US$/EURO/GBP), Master Card or Visa. Currency: All rates quoted are in Sri Lankan Rupees. Standard Bank Exchange Rates for the day will apply if payment is in foreign currency.

наш гид сказал,что напрямую его услуги и машина на 8 дней обошлись бы в 500 долларов. в принципе, расценки были известны, можно было найти и дешевле. просто не захотелось возиться с заказом гостиниц.

Day 01 AIRPORT/NEGOMBO
Arrival, welcome & assistance at the airport leave for Negombo Visit the fishing village in Negombo which is the center of the island’s fishing community. In a pocket of the giant rock are the famous frescoes of the “heavenly maidens of Sigiriya’’. Day 04 DAMBULLA/POLONNARUWA/DAMBULLA
After b’fast leave for Polonnaruwa & visit the 2nd capital of Sinhala kings dating back to the 11th & 12th century A.D. The entire landscape of the region is punctuated by huge man-made reservoirs, the most famous of which is the “Parakrama Samudra’’. Numerous monuments are found in this city & “gal vihara” complex is one of the best among them with the fine sculpture of the recumbent, Standing and seated Buddha’s. Pm visit Dambulla the rock cave temple some of the frescoes in these caves are over 2000 years old. There is also a colossal figure of the recumbent Buddha 14 meters long carved out of rock. Return to hotel for dinner & overnight.
Day 06 DAMBULLA/PINNAWALA VIA KURNAGALA/KANDY
After b’fast leave for Pinnawela & visit the elephant Orphanage. This orphanage was established to feed nurse & house young elephants found abandoned by their mothers. Often the young ones fall into pits and ravines in their request for water during drought period. P.M. visit the city of Kandy . The most famous landmark of Kandy is its lake, in the center of the city. Udawatte-kele is a nature reserve surrounded by city. The Kandy market is a great bazaar full of the sounds of exiting trade. Late in the evening view the Kandyan cultural performance dinner & overnight at hotel
Day 06 KANDY/PERADENIYA/NUWERAELIYA
After b’fast visit the royal botanical gardens of Peradeniya which is well known for it’s large number and variety of plants, ornamental, Decorative, Useful & medicinal. More than 4000 species include indigenous and introduced plants. This garden is best known for it’s collection of orchids the largest in Asia . P.M. leave for Nuwareliya the centre of hill country, En-route visit a tea plantation and witness the manufacture of the world famous “ Ceylon tea”. Spend the evening walking in the cool climate dinner & overnight at hotel
Day 07 NUWERAELIYA/KATARAGAMA/YALA
After b’fast leave for Yala Stop at Elle to admire the magnificent view. & the sacred city of Kataragama P.M safari in Yala Park by jeep The Elephant is undoubtedly the best known attraction at Yala, seen in small & large herds. Herds of spotted deer are seen all over the park. Monkeys-the pinkish rhesus and the Grey-faced Langur Monkey, live and play on the tree-tops and the ground below. Wild buffalo & wild boar could give you a good surprise & the sight of a leopard sunning itself or drinking water at a water hole could be memorable experience .the peacock is easily the most famous of the birds at Yala. The painted stork, many varieties of heron, the spoonbill, the bee-eater, parakeets, and king-fisher & wood pecker are some of the birds can be seen in the park. Dinner & overnight at hotel
Day 08 YALA /GALLE/ Beach
After breakfast leave for Beach. En route Visit the Old Portuguese fort, later rebuilt and extended by the Dutch is still fine preservation.
