Receptionist


Main Responsibilities:

? Responsible for operating the switchboard and related communications equipment, answering telephone calls, sending faxes;
? Welcomes visitors, informing staff of their arrival;
? Performs a variety of routine clerical tasks (photocopy, scan);
? Handles incoming & outgoing mail;
? Post receipt & delivery;
? Performs administrative tasks such as computer?s work with documents
? Translates internal non-official company documents
? Assists with preparing of various meetings and company events

Requirements:

? University degree (or incomplete higher education)
? English Language (intermediate);
? Computer Literate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Power Point), Internet Explorer;
? 1 year experience in the position
? Good interpersonal and communication skills

1)Reservoir Geologist (Almaty)
Requirement: good understanding of sedimentology, rock properties. Good skills in quantitative log analysis, reservoir volumetrics and familiar with subsurface geology operations. Good communication in English and Russian.
Job will involve: correlation of wireline logs, defining petrophysical parameters for input into reservoir modeling software (Petrel), and running the software (training to be provided).
Reporting to: Exploration & Reservoir Manager, Almaty.

2) Petrophysicist/Log analyst (Almaty)
Requirement: good understanding and skills of wireline acquisition & interpretation using modern evaluation software; practice in subsurface geology operations. Good communication in English and Russian.
Job will involve: designing logging runs for wells, evaluating and interpreting results. Will work closely with reservoir geoscientist on defining petrophysical properties for input into reservoir modeling simulation.
Reporting to: Exploration & Reservoir Manager, Almaty.

3) Chief Geologist (Aktau)
Requirements: to be familiar in general with reservoir geology and good skills in planning and supervising development geology operations in Operating Company, Aktau. Good communication in English and Russian, especially with the local Authorities.
Job will involve: taking care of programs and supervising studies for development. Supervision of subsurface geology in drilling and workover operations.
Reporting to: Exploration & Reservoir Manager, Almaty.

4) Wellsite Geologist (Aktau)
Requirement: good understanding of geology
Job will involve : working at the wellsite, supervising and documenting geological operations, and working in Aktau branch office for writing up well programmes and end-of-well reports.
Reporting to: Reporting to Senior Operations Geologist, Aktau.
