Information Technology support specialist& Network Engineering

Job Purpose:

To perform onsite Information Technology support bank offices in Almaty and other branches, Kazakhstan

Support Voice Network infrastructures in accordance to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Single point of contact for Business users in Almaty and other branches with regards to technical problems
· Onsite support of users, in addition to support, provided by centralised Support Teams
· Deployment of Windows servers, Windows desktops, scanners, HP network and local printers, faxes, Cisco IP telephones, Cisco network switches and routers
· Ongoing support and maintenance of technology infrastructure in Almaty and other branches according to policies and procedures
· Working with Regional Network and Voice Engineers to provide full solutions and support to the business.
· Vendor management, coordination and negotiations with regards to technical services, provided locally in Samara, according to policies and procedures
· Interfacing local governmental structures with regards to local clearing
· Working closely with other departments in Almaty and other branches to ensure successful support of existing environment and new projects and installations.
· Provide ongoing technical support of voice environment
· Assisting remote support teams in troubleshooting of local problems
· Fully complying to all security policies, engineering standards, project management processes.
· Perform other actions in line with job objective

Knowledge/Experience:

* Higher education
* Minimum of 2 years experience in Information Technology support area. Experience in supporting highly demanding business is a plus for successful candidate.
* Good working understanding of traditional Network technologies and Hardware (Cisco, AVAYA).

* Familiarity of banking environments or equivalent (major ISP, systems integrator or global enterprise)

Skills:

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office family of products.
* Microsoft Windows Server administration skills is required
* Excellent understanding of core Cisco products
* Good understanding of traditional telephone based on AVAYA platform
* Familiarity with routing protocols.
* Familiarity with firewalling technologies.
* Knowledge of OSPF, BGP, EIGRP and other common network protocols is a plus.

Legal Analyst

Requirements:

College/University (Law)

Overall Experience: not less than 1 year of work with contracts as an in-house lawyer in FMCG sector or oil companies/service companies

Knowledge of the RK legislation (civil law, commercial law, foreign currency legislation, customs law), Incoterms; how to apply the legislation, knowledge of basics of record keeping and work efficiency; productive working habits.

Fluency in English and Russian/Kazakh languages (oral and written)

Tasks:

Draft all types of commercial contracts and review, amend, approve or reject contracts in Contract Management System. Ensure that all contracts and additional agreements comply with the local legislation and internal policies & procedures. Participate in development of recommendations on organizing the contractual work in the Company and develop model forms of contracts.

Prepare legal advice with respect to claims submitted against the Company and file claims on behalf of the Company against negligent suppliers/contractors.

Within his/her authorities, check and approve the documents submitted for review, if such documents comply with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Company's interests. Provide written or verbal opinion with the suggestions on legal solutions of a matter if the related documents do not comply with the local legislation.

As instructed by direct supervisor, represent the Company in courts in case of civil proceedings. Prepare and submit the documents to a court or a state agency in accordance with the task of the supervisor.

As instructed by direct supervisor, participate in drafting, review and check internal acts of the Company (orders, procedures, instructions, etc.) for compliance with the RK legislation and charter documents of the Company. Consult the employees of the Company with respect to the legal questions related to Company business.

Document and register duly the ownership and lease documents of the Company with respect to the buildings, facilities and land plots, which are owned by the Company or in lease of the Company.

Depending on the circumstances or as instructed by direct supervisor, the legal analyst may have additional duties, which are not stipulated by this job description, however comply with the safety rules and within the legal framework.

Compliance: Ensure compliance of the quality of performed work / produced product with all applicable quality standards and norms of the Company and legal requirements.

Major challenges: Constantly changing legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
