Человек вывалил сюда VIN автомобиля, изготовленного 15 лет назад. Предположим, что этот автомобиль из Северной Америки и по VIN можно найти его американскую историю. Но старые автомобили нерентабельно импортировать сюда, а значит он ввезен сюда давно и в этом случае его местная история может быть куда богаче, чем заморская. т.е., проверка американской истории - бессмысленна. Далее. Вы сами не попытались получить бесплатные сведения через Carfax или Autocheck. В противном случае Вы увидели бы, что такой VIN не пробивается. Еще бы он пробился, если автомобиль из Австралии! Это видно по первому символу VIN. Надо быть боооольшим затейником, чтобы из Австралии притащить автомобиль в США. Прошу еще раз обратить внимание на то, что здесь можно получить сведения только об автомобилях из Америки и Канады!

If the owner retains possession of a salvage vehicle, the owner must obtain a Salvage Certificate before receiving a total loss statement from the insurance company. Insurance or probable Total Loss Title and ProblemCheck This vehicle was reported an insurance loss or probable total loss due to an accident or theft. Loan/Lien Vehicle Use and EventCheck A loan/lien is the legal right to take and hold or sell the vehicle of a debtor as security or payment for a debt. Normally, a vehicle will have a lien due to a loan or unpaid repair bill against the vehicle. Check with the seller to ensure that the lien has been satisfied.
