Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years experience in the scheduling activities for Upstream Oil & Gas engineering and construction projects

описание позиции:

Book-keeping and (analysis) of all reports, to include monthly Joint Venture Billings, 100% costs, Sales reports, Cash receipts from Joint Marketing Account, Accounts receivables, Distribution, CAE's
Recharge of costs to related companies or third parties, as the case may be.
Control and analysis of customer accounts
Review and reconciliation of accounts maintained according to local principals.
Manage of Sun System for Agip Karachaganak Branch (new accounts, name codes, job centers etc)
Bank Reconciliations for Karachaganak accounts
Realignment of foreign currency accounts for Agip Karachaganak (accounts other than USD)
As time permits, gain a working knowledge of Mastro Management Accounting system.

Responsibilities:

° Liaise with Local Content Development Dept. for developing and follow up the Local Content Development Plan
° Propose and identify specific activities and projects with the aim of enhance Local Content Development
° Support for implementation of tendering and contracting strategies with the aim to maximize use of local companies
° Support in performing demand/supply analysis - using demand (Annual Contracting Plan and longer term forecasting) versus market capability and
° gap analysis to identify gaps and potential opportunities for local content development prioritising the actions to be developed
° Support in setting out strategy for external stakeholder relations and the means of external communication on local content issues, activities and projects
° Promote and participate to forums, events, workshops and related activities for Local Content Development
° Support in establishing a Local Content monitoring and reporting the various internal/external stakeholders on Local Content Development metrics,
° projects and activities;
° Creating and maintaining a database of Kazakhstan suppliers of goods and services
° Any other task aimed at maximising at each stage in the procurement process the use of goods, works and services from sources in Kazakhstan
° Identify, develop and propose Tender and Contract strategy for the procurement processes assigned by Line Manager.
° Prepare Bid documents creating short list, getting the final bid documents approved and submit to tenders
° Evaluate Bid documents open/initiate bids and prepare “Tender Opening Record”, evaluating the commercial part of the bids,
° comparing technical and commercial evaluations, prepare recommendation and obtain final approval
° Prepare final contract document and formulate recommendations for contract award for Management approval.
