As part of the Information & Decision Solutions, you will be able to focus in one or more of the following areas:
? Creating new Connections with our Consumers and Retailers through the application of new Media
? Accelerating Decision Making through increasing the speed, availability, and presentation of Company Information
? Driving quick business insights through the application of Virtual Tools (e.g. Virtual Shelves for capturing Shopper Insights)
? Improving our Product Supply responsiveness to ensure our products never go out of stock
? Enabling Connections between our Employees through Leading Edge Communication and Collaboration Tools
Initial assignment scope (2-3 years)
The Distributor Operations Team Systems Manager (DO IDS) is accountable for:
? Leveraging the application of information technology in the business of P&G partners across Central Asia & Caucasus
? Using Project Management methodologies: from the business case and requirement analysis to the deployment and adoption of a solution
? Using information technology in business analysis
? Reengineering business processes of P&G partners using IT tools
? Leading IT related projects for the entire business
Qualifications:
? Kazakhstani citizenship
? Good command of English
? He/she has a bachelor degree in business or technical areas.
? No working experience is required
? Basic knowledge of project management concepts is preferable
? Basic knowledge of business solutions / systems is preferable
? Basic knowledge of database applications is preferable
? Programming skills are not required
2. Consumer & Market Knowledge (CMK) Associate Manager
Consumer & Market Knowledge (CMK) Associate Manager's primary responsibility is to help grow Company volume by leading the business team to better and faster business decisions through an in-depth consumer/shopper and market understanding. CMK brings the consumers and shoppers to the center of business decisions.
CMK Associate Manager is responsible for:
leading the identification of innovation opportunities and making robust predictions of business outcomes.
understanding the business problem/opportunity, converting it into a research objective and research design;
working with the research suppliers on the research project design;
analyzing and interpreting research data; deploying knowledge to the organisation;
ensuring consumer and market knowledge shapes business strategies and gets acted on for healthier business results.
Some examples of areas where a Consumer& Market Knowledge Associate Manager may focus are:
Determining market sizes, key market trends, consumer behaviour, shopping habits, etc.
As a member of Consumer&Market Knowledge Department, you will have an opportunity to work on world's consumers and the brands they love. You will also have a chance to learn and apply various innovative consumer research techniques.
A candidate should also have: excellent analytical and problem solving skills; outstanding leadership and collaboration, ability to work well with diverse groups of people and inspire teams to achieve breakthrough results and ability to work independently, handling multiple projects and priorities with little supervision.

Совершенно согласна! Даже если будут очень просить прийти к ним, я даже со стула не поднимусь. Один раз прочитав этот тест, я поняла, что видимо компания слишком "гениальна" для меня.Ваши тесты полная ерунда... я знаю гамотных и профессиональных людей которые их не прошли... при этом через агенства к Вам попадают люди, которые не проходят данных тестов... Как это понимать?
