Customer Solution Responsible
Job Description:
- Ensure correct manning of the ?core area? to secure necessary preparations of the Customer Solution and to minimize technical risk
- Specification of the Customer Solution based on the company?s product portfolio offering, customer opportunities and needs
- Insight in Company?s portfolio strategy and roadmap
- Set solution strategy and match promoted Customer Solution with existing re use solutions
- Dimensioning and configuration of the customer solution, including the basis for pricing and costing of products and services included in Proposals and Contracts
- Bill of quantities and bill of materials
- Insight in customer?s power base and in operator and end user behavior and interests
- Identification of new sales opportunities
Qualification (formal education needed):
Master or Bachelor in Engineering or Telecommunication and working experience in Telecom
Requested competence:
Broad and In depth competence of telecommunication systems
- Ability to interact efficiently with international customers, including presentation skills, ability to listen, negotiation skills and cultural awareness.
- Creativity, ability and drive to create extraordinary solutions for our customers.
- Team-working ability, the successful candidate must be able to contribute positively to the sprit of the Sales & solutions team and interact efficiently with other parts of the company.
- Ability to travel internationally especially in Eastern Europe & Central Asia when required.
- Fluent English, Russian.
Additionally an experience within Datacom & IP is an advantage.
