Requirements:
? University Degree (or equivalent), degree in Computer Science or Economics is an advantage
? 3+ years experience in IT industry
? Proven partner development experience
? 1+ years experience in selling into large accounts in 1:1 and/or 1:few model with a focus on information technology deployment is an advantage
? Knowledge of Microsoft product line is mandatory
? Ability to act on a separate basis (project management skills)
? Proven negotiation and presentation skills in marketing and partner environment.
? Regional development experience is an advantage
? Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and oral)
? Excellent knowledge of Windows and Office (advanced user level)

Functions:
? Revenue Responsibility: responsible for incrementing Microsoft Revenue in geography (Revenue, Rev/PC)
? Manage SMS&P Kazakhstan team
? Budget Responsibilities: Sales Forecast, Sales budget
? Prospect new opportunities and handle deep knowledge of the marketplace.
? Generate new account activity including prospecting and identifying accounts
? Could be involved in maintaining relations with key regional accounts in close cooperation with partners. Responsible for prospecting opportunities for Mid Market sales in the region
? Channel development:
? Implement consistent terms and conditions for channel partners
? Implement reseller programs and policies that ensure both customer and channel satisfaction and retention
? Define region-wide sales partner strategies
? Define strategies related to particulars of each account
? Develop and maintain appropriate level client relationships
? Define problems and opportunities in accounts
? Negotiate and implement contracts.
? Use, implement and develop all the necessary documents (account plans, forecasts, sales reports etc) according to required process on a regular basis
? Watch the competition and work pro-actively in terms of maximizing Microsoft revenue.
? Represent subsidiary at designated regional events as agreed by EE SMS&P director
? Teamwork within subsidiary:
? In conjunction with other customer units ensure that SMS&P implements common programs by using consistent approach with Subsidiary programs and centralized corporate programs.
? Ensure that the SMS&P requirements are well represented in all areas of the subsidiary?s business.
