Requirements:
? University degree. Degree in Computer Science or Economics is an advantage.
? 3+ years of experience in IT industry
? 3+ years of experience in selling with a focus on information technology and/or business solutions sales & deployment
? Experience in planning, design and implementation of sales strategies, partnering experience and experience in opportunity selling as well as selling in competitive environment to win in competitive projects.
? Experience in marketing, project development and project management is mandatory
? Good understanding of the relationship between technology, business processes and intellectual property rights (IPR) protection.
? Good understanding of enterprise computing environments, major vendors and products/positioning as well as associated issues.
? Good knowledge of Microsoft product line, technologies, business solutions and licensing models
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as strong interpersonal skills to professionally represent Microsoft in front of the customer
? Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, experience in communications / negotiations with decision makers & executives in enterprise accounts
? Creativity and flexibility to operate into limited/hostile business environment
? Dynamic driver, team player, consensus builder
? Fluency in English is mandatory (both written and oral)
? Russian to be native language.
? Ability to travel (could be up to 30% of the working time )
Functions:
? Develop and manage wide range of sales and marketing activities, being focused on combating piracy and increasing of license compliance in channel and end-users, with the goal to increase revenue of Microsoft operating systems and business applications.
Coordinate IPR enforcement tactics, plans and activities with LCA Corp. and local legal counsels
? Drive anti-piracy demand generation, sales and awareness of the market on piracy risks and benefits of legal software use
? Integrate anti-piracy tools/methods/procedures into existing sales models in SMSP and EPG, to ensure a balanced approach between risk and benefits in communicating anti-piracy messages across the market
