We are looking for a professional food and beverage sales executive to be responsible for managing all sales operations and for delivering an excellent customer service experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all sales orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
1- Maintain current and generate new sales accounts and achieve sales target
2- Conduct sales call at customer premises and maintain c lose relationship with customers
3- Prepare and follow up on quotation negotiate and finalize order
4- Execution and coordinate of order till delivery and payment
5- Actively participate in development of sales and marketing plans
6- Prepare sales forecast and reports
7- Analyze territory and monitoring performance results, daily call report and weekly work plan
Requirements:
1- Minimum with 2 years related experience in the local food service industry
2- Good team player with strong interpersonal and negotiating skills
3- Proven track record in sales management, able to service existing customers well and develop new customers base.
4- Positive attitude with high learning agility to take on new challenges and responsibilities
5- Excellent communication and written skills in Russian (with English as an added advantage to liaise with English speaking associate)
6- Proficient in MS office
7- Willing to work 6 day work/ week (usually its 5 days but in case required
8- Driving license and own vehicle is advantage
