Main Requirements:
1. Higher education
2. Fluency in Kazakh, Russian and English
3. Experience in HR not less than 3 years.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
Key responsibilities:
1. To maintains records of company personnel and its units in accordance with standardized forms of initial records.
2. To maintain and keep personal files, update information related to labour activity of employees.
3. To prepare materials for the qualification, certification, competitive commissions and nomination of employee to encouragements and bonuses.
4. To fill in and keep records of work books and other documents, issue references about employment of personnel.
5. Put in records in work books and other documents of employee.
6. To enter information about the quantity and quality of personnel and their movement in the database, monitor its update and completion.
