Country HR Manager
Main responsibilities:- Contribute to the elaboration of the country’s HR strategic plan and guarantee its application;
- Ensure provision of organizational and manpower planning & development, staff recruitment, employee relation and orientation;
- Ensure the Human Resources needs correspond to the country’s strategy;
- Ensure application of company management standards and corporate policies;
- Promote the comprehension of the Human Resources Policy;
- Development and implementation of all HR related Policies;
- Ensure that all the Personnel administrative services are implemented accurately and timely;
- Management of all administrative issues;
- Guarantee the proper application of training modules in the country and ensure the training actions contribute to the progress of employees;
- Carry out Performance Analysis and negotiate the Particular Objectives, with members of the team;
- Identify employees with high potential and growth in the country, and propose their evolution;
- Secure the equilibrium between internal promotions and new recruitment;
- Guarantee the respect of budget/forecast and take corrective measures when necessary;
- Propose and take necessary actions towards continuous reduction in the operating expenses;
- Report any action that might interfere with the proper functioning of the Company;
- Inform management of the Company’s expansion Opportunities;
- Secure and control the quality of relation with government and social institutions;
- Ensure constructive and productive collaboration with other departments.
Requirements:
- University degree, preferable with major in HR.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in Human Resources with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals and objectives and manage key business relations.
- Broad knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations and training and development.
- Work experience with international companies.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
- Demonstrate ability to serve as a successful participant on the executive management team that provides Company leadership and direction.
