Air Conditioners Sales Manager

Overview of the Position: AC Sales Manager is undertaking sales and marketing activities across Kazakhstan and Central Asian Republics in order to:
• Meet/Exceed Sales Targets on Air Conditioners through existing and new customers
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction through best in class relations and business value
• Assure accurate reporting
• Overall business development, Sales and Market Share growth in accordance with the company strategies.


In this position you will have the following opportunities/duties:
• Sales of air conditioners in compliance with the Company strategy
• Participate in setting strategic goals of the Company’s business in a region
• Sales Targets setting and forecasting
• Know about Customer needs in LGE air conditioners, development of relations with the existing Customers and seeking of new Customers
• Timely informing Customers about new products, developments, technologies and also services provided
• Dealing with Customer Claims
• Coordinate and oversee other organizational functional areas' interaction with customer (i.e. Supply Chain, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technical)
• Participate and translate the category plan into specific Accounts/Channels plans
• Present both general company/portfolio and opportunity specific materials.

Qualifications

Language and Education:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Fluent Russian and good English (technical, negotiations and correspondence)
Professional Skills and Experience:
• Experience in management of a group of people
• Experience in technical sales at least for 2 years
• Knowledge of the foundations of sales organization, and requirements to execution of documentation on commercial activities
• Knowledge of an assortment, technical characteristics and requirements air conditioning equipment
• Strong sales abilities, leadership, communication skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• Result oriented, responsible, disciplined, able to meet deadlines

Job Summary & Mission

Brand Manager will be responsible for Business Verticals development and further performance (solution development, brands equity and P&L), will be in charge of marketing strategic planning for the verticals, product / solutions management, creative communications development, marketing budgets management.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Develop strategy of LGEAK entering Business Verticals;
Develop & manage Go to Market activities in compliance to LGEAK purchasing policy
Develop of annual Vertical’s objectives and strategies in line with Product and Solutions strategies. Create specific plans and programs with respective timings to execute strategies and meet defined objectives
Execute Products and Solutions development programs in various marketing mix dimensions
Handle marketing P&L under supervision of B2B Director ensuring annual objectives meeting
