Regional Project Manager – 2 vacancies
Responsibilities:
· Prepare region project implementation plan and organize human resources to complete the project implementation within region according to plan.
· Ensure the quality, cost, acceptance in region for all delivery activities including change management.
· Prepare overall region project resourcing and contingency plans to ensure effective individual project resourcing to meet all of the project objectives/goals in all likely circumstances.

Project Plan Control Manager-1 vacancy
Responsibilities:
· Compile and manage the Project Master Plan and baseline budget.
· Co-ordinate inputs from all departments to ensure that the master plan and sub plans meet the Customer Requirements.
· Manage the master Plan. Hold regular meetings to ensure that impacts to the plan are minimized.

Responsibilities:
· Support and assist QUALITY manager output project quality standard, checklist and all the other QUALITY management documents.
· Organize related department to train subcontractors and site supervisors about all QUALITY management business.
· Participation in model site building, output model site Album, share model site Album to each subcontractors and site supervisors
· Audit sites Quality implementation situation, output the relevant auditing report, the auditing rate is more than 25% of all sites.
· Monitor subcontractors and site supervisors must do 100% self-inspection checklist.
· After site auditing, send sites Quality correction report to subcontractors and site supervisors, inform them must fix all problems within 3 days.
· Output QUALITY weekly report to QUALITY manager, PM and RPM.
· According to auditing result, finish subcontractors/site managers evaluation report, participation in subcontractors/site supervisors evaluation meeting, through this meeting let the related depart to give the improvement solution.
· Accept the underfined QUALITY management work come from QUALITY manager.
Requirements:
· More than 3 years of experience on Telecom Engineering field, be accomplished in GSM system about engineering installation and integration.
· Good consciousness and ability of cooperation with customer, project team members and subcontractors.
· Good Background knowledge in the Wireless Network (GSM, GPRS, CDMA, WCDMA), Transmission Network.
· Good skill in software: Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Power Point.
· Good English ability in reading, writing and conversation.
