Greetings!

The purpose of this e-mail is to formally and publicly commend SHMS for the excellent service provided to new students. In my opinion, the level of service extended to students and parents was far beyond our expectations.

I have never before written a letter like this on an entirely unsolicited basis. However, in this case I was so impressed that I felt compelled to go on record with my praise. I am impressed with the whole process of my son Ritesh Tiwari admission to SHMS, Leysin. From the onset of the application, application procedures, admin support and the Pre-Departure briefing (if you could recall my whole family attended).

I am lucky to be able to observe the whole admission procedure in Leysin. Upon arrival we were welcome with refreshments and the allocation of rooms and administrative details, it was faster than checking into a Hotel.

I myself learned a lot on the induction programme from the 11 stations. It was well organised, planned and the sequences well coordinated. Every station in-charge was well trained to answer any questions or allay any anxiety. They were very patience taking into consideration the "International students".

Being in Senior Management position for years, I learned from SHMS how to be systematic and organised with professionalism. What particularly impressed me about the level of service provided by the entire team was that they were committed, passionate, altruistic and sincere with what they were doing. It appears that it was simply the team's extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service and support that motivated them to always go the extra mile. Their example even had a positive impact on the attitude and productivity of how I want to run my Organisation.

I am glad that my son and me made the right decision to study in SHMS. I am confident that based on my observation on the environment and the facilities was therapeutic tool for learning. It will definitely enhanced the learning. The staff was a role model where he can definitely improve his personality via vicarious learning. I am confident that he will be a good leader and put into practice what he will be learning.

I am in the position to comment as I was myself was an "International student", both for my undergraduate and Post Graduate studies in another country and have also travelled vastly for Seminars and Conferences. I have never observed such professionalism and quality service.

Keep up the good work. You have a parent who is so impressed that will definitely be advocating to other parents on SHMS programme, facilities and professionalism.

If you need a volunteer, during your outreach in Singapore or Malaysia, you can always count on me. I will definitely be able to allay the potential student's and parents anxiety, if any.

In closing, I believe that SHMS team truly deserve to be congratulated and recognised for providing customer service and support well beyond my expectations

IHTTI - School of Hotel Management Neuchatel (80 студентов)

Расположение школы. Школа находится во франкоговорящей западной части Швейцарии, в кантоне и одноименном городе Невшатель, расположенном на берегу красивейшего и самого большого в Швейцарии озера с одноименным названием.
IHTTI расположена в самом центре города и занимает здание бывшего отеля Eurotel.
Размещение студентов. Студентам предлагается размещение, как в стандартных номерах отеля, так и в номерах Deluxe. Возможно одноместное и двухместное размещение. Все номера оснащены туалетом и душем и/или ванной, телефоном, спутниковым телевидением и беспроводным выходом в Интернет.
