Responsibilities:
- Providing assistance to conference team, including:
- Support the invitation process around an event and follow up activities;
- Support of telemarketing process;
- Updating event database;
- Coordinating participant registration at events.
- Operating the telephone switchboard– taking messages, welcoming visitors, dealing with messengers, setting up conference calls etc.;
- Ordering office supplies;
- Travel arrangements and business trip planning;
- Managing calendars, organizing meetings;
- Support of external Accounting Department.
We require:
- College degree;
- Relevant experience;
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Ability to deal with tight deadlines and multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Good written and spoken English;
- Basic knowledge of Lotus Notes, Power Point, Microsoft Word and Excel is important;
- Understanding of business etiquette.
