here are the requirements:
Position: Technical Support Engineer (Data Service)
Location: Almaty(sometimes need to take short trip to other city or country)
Main Responsibilities:
Responsible for On-Site Survey, Link Budget and Network Design of Value Added Services.
Involved in preparation of Mobile Intelligent Network/Data Services related Technical Proposals.
Responsible for Project Implementation, Installation and Commissioning, Testing, Trouble-shooting and Maintenance.
Provide On-Site and Remote Technical support to customers.
Provide Technical Solution and Hands on support of Value Added Services/Data Services.
Main Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or above in Telecommunication/Electronics Engineering or related field of study.
Minimum 1 year working experience in corrective Telecom Communications, preferably in Value Added Services.
Strong Knowledge in Telecommunications (GSM Network, PSTN, SS7 etc.).
Being versed in at least one of the Operating System (Linux, UNIX, and Windows NT/2000) and mainstream Databases (Oracle, Informix, SQL Server).People with correlative qualification/certification are in priority.
Ability to work independently, sustaining pressure to achieve the assigned targets.
Analytical mind, good learning capability, enthusiastic, initiative and flexible.
Good communication skills and ability to work in TEAM.
work as the maintenance manager in CA&C. taking the KPI for: Maitenance Ratio/EW/network inspection and so on.
work together with the CA&C software service director for routine management.
work as Project management to support the CRBT project in Kazakhstan.
work as an engineering in Kazakhstan IN maintenance engineer.
