Job Description
Key Function
- Solidify portfolio and brand strategy for brands group
- Guide advertising strategy to be used and consumer promotions to be carried out in accordance with the brand evolution stage
- Close monitoring of day to day business operations in Kazakhstan
- Guide and assist Brand managers in the preparation of annual plan and mid term plan
- In case of deviation from the target set for each portfolio, together with involved managers come up with a plan on how to rectify (in case of target shortfall) or exploit (in case of targets over delivery) the situation
- Deliver company annual targets
