Saakashvili, Kouchner evacuated from Gori

Russian so-called peacekeepers are controlling Georgian police in Zugdidi region and they are patrolling the streets of Zugdidi.

Shota Utiashvili, PR chief of the Interior Ministry confirmed that Russian soldiers have occupied the village of Khurcha, Zugdidi region. Russian invasion has taken unprecedented scales in Georgia, they have passed the 12 kilometer security zone of the conflict region and entered area outside the conflict zone.

Shota Utiashvili has also confirmed that Georgian President and the French Foreign Minister Kouchner were evacuated from the city of Gori few hours before, because Russian attempted to assault the official convoy.
