Initial assignment scope (2-3 years)

The Supply Network Solutions(SNS) Analyst is accountable for:
? Leveraging the application of information technology in the supply chain of P&G partners across Central Asia & Caucasus
? Using Project Management methodologies: from the business case and requirement analysis to the deployment and adoption of a solution
? Reengineering business processes related to supply chain area.

Project examples:
? Deployment of warehouse replenishment solution for a better collaboration with our customers,
? Deployment of inventory management systems to keep control over physical product flow.


Qualifications:
? Good command of English
? He/she is a graduated student in business or technical universities/college.
? No hands on mastery in programming is required

2. Client & Site Services Manager
Procter & Gamble offices require diverse type of daily services like facilities & office management, computers & communications and many others. Those services are rendered by different internal & external organizations. Client & Site Services Manager will be a single point of contact and a link between Central Asia & Caucasus business and diverse service providers including internal Global Business Services (GBS) department.

You will identify business needs which can be addressed by GBS, plan and deliver new GBS capabilities, to work on service delivery issues, and to identify opportunities where GBS can add value/reduce costs in support of the business across the full scope of GBS.
Customer service management:
? understand business needs and plans
? provide regular and transparent communications to business customers and GBS management.
? budget management
? project management
? managing contracts with external suppliers i.e. service level monitoring, performance evaluation, aligning changing needs of the business with contract framework, claims resolution.
? facility management
? employee services

Business Purpose of Job
Client & Site Services Manager represents centrally delivered and outsourced services to the regional business organization. Owns the locally delivered back office services, manages outsourcing partners.

Important Responsibilities of Job
? Single point of contact of the Central Teams for local senior business leadership for countries involved
? Portfolio management
? Communicate business requirements and manage demand and supply between P&G and outsourcing suppliers
? Co-ordinate initiative implementations coming from the central teams
? Own local workplace service delivery
? Facilitate customer decisions to deliver savings and benefits
? Manage supplier-escalated issues and customer issues
? Manage service interface with outsourcing vendors
? Budget management
? Coordinates Business Continuity Planning
What we expect:
? University degree
? 2-3 years of work experience in the field of infrastructure and/or facilities management is preffered
? Excellent Negotiations skills (negotiating experience will be a plus)
? Fluent English and Russian
